About Liz
I’m a strategic planning and change management consultant specializing in empowering leaders and overworked teams to create positive, sustainable change. Incremental Consulting is the culmination of my experience and expertise gained in healthcare, management, and the public sector through work and education.
I have 9 years of experience in the healthcare industry, previous experience in account and customer management for a small start-up business, and experience working for the federal government. I also have my Master’s of Science in Business, with a certificate in public management.
I am ready to help you work within your existing resources and constraints to improve your outcomes and enhance morale.
